So the European Union has started EUTube in an effort to 'share the sights and sounds of Europe'. Do they mean slagging each other off?

I suppose there will be ground rules to this new service.

  • Videos will be between 1 minute and 6 minutes long precisely.
  • No videos about sausages, unless they contain at least 80% meat.
  • Any pornographic clips must ensure that the male organ has no "abnormal curvature."
  • All music videos must include either Plastic Bertrand, Kraftwerk or Placido Domingo.
  • All videos must avoid mentioning 'the war'.
  • All videos must be 100% recyclable.
  • All videos must be available in 12 European languages (unless the original is in French)
  • All women must sport under-arm hair (and/or mustaches)
I rest my case......
