So the European Union has started EUTube in an effort to 'share the sights and sounds of Europe'. Do they mean slagging each other off?
I suppose there will be ground rules to this new service.
- Videos will be between 1 minute and 6 minutes long precisely.
- No videos about sausages, unless they contain at least 80% meat.
- Any pornographic clips must ensure that the male organ has no "abnormal curvature."
- All music videos must include either Plastic Bertrand, Kraftwerk or Placido Domingo.
- All videos must avoid mentioning 'the war'.
- All videos must be 100% recyclable.
- All videos must be available in 12 European languages (unless the original is in French)
- All women must sport under-arm hair (and/or mustaches)

I missed this before - thanks for making me snort with laughter!
How about "all clips must contain reference to at least one lesbian ethnic-minority hopscotch group funded by EU Objective 1"
